I would say declare no blocks. Force the opponent to decide choose between trying to kill you with Kessig Wolf Run (you can Unsummon the wolf run target) or flashing back Sever the Bloodline (you can Unsummon it's target as well and still present lethal damage). He has three cards in hand, so it's always possible that he has Searing Spear, but I think I would risk it.
